Peanut Butter Jelly Time!!

pbjHappy New Year!! I am happy to share with you my very first pattern of 2017!!!

You’re the Peanut Butter to My Jelly! This afghan says it all!! With Valentines day coming up, why not tell your significant other that they are the PB to your J?

Pattern requires:
Several Colors worsted weight yarn (Red Heart or similar)**
Recommended 5.0 or 5.5mm hook size or Similar Afghan Hook

Finished Size (In stitches):
50w X 60h

Pattern Notes:
You will notice that it either says “RHS” followed by numbers or “DMC” followed by numbers. These colors are used as a guideline for choosing the colors you wish you use. DMC is a type of embroidery floss used in cross stitch as well as many other projects. By looking up the floss number, you have a good idea of what color YARN to choose in your project.

By downloading this pattern, I am assuming you have basic knowledge of creating graphgans. If not, please feel free to visit my facebook page (linked below) if you have questions or run into problems.

This graph is designed to be worked using either the Corner to Corner technique or using a bobble stitch. If you are unsure how to work these stitches, YouTube has some wonderful tutorials. I have linked one for C2C and One for Bobble Stitch. You will find these on the PDF itself.

I hope you will love this one as much as I do!!

New Years Resolution

hny

I cant believe 2016 is coming to an end already! Its been a great year & unfortunately, I have not offered many patterns at all this year.  As a New Years Resolution, All of my graph patterns will be HAND Drawn. I will not be using any type of clip art or web images to clean up and graph to offer to you. I have tons of already premade images just waiting to be graphed for your use.

I will still take some requests, but they may take longer as I will be re-drawing them. I prefer to have my own work, rather than someone elses.

As another resolution, I am going to get these ideas out of my head and onto “paper”. I have several non-graph patterns in the works and I cannot wait to show them to you!!!

Now we say goodbye to 2016 & Hello to 2017!!!

Free Pattern alert!!

Who doesn’t love these adorable yellow guys who love bananas and fart noises?? I know my little one just adores them. I came up with this wonderful little pattern. I DID find that the handles may be off center and uneven when working in the round with HDC. There are some video’s on YouTube that may help you out. Please view either THIS video or THIS video to help you out.

You can download this pattern in my SHOP or on Ravelry for $1.

This pattern calls for 5 colors of yarn, using less than 1/2 – 3/4 skein of yarn of each color. The finished size of this bag is approximately 9 inches high (before handles) x 10 inches wide. The pattern is worked in the round, except for the eyelid portion of the pattern.
It includes instruction for lining the finished bag using fabric & #10 crochet thread.

Without further ado, Here is the written pattern:
